Not quite right? No problem.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your order to request a return.
If your return is received within 14 days of delivery, you’re entitled to a refund to your original payment method.
Returns received between 15–28 days after delivery will receive store credit for the value of the returned goods, issued as an e-gift card by email once processed. Please note: Shipping costs are not refunded — only the cost of the goods.
Sale items: Goods reduced by 50% or more are eligible for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
We currently do not offer free returns. We recommend returning items via recorded or tracked post, insured up to the value of your purchase, to protect against loss or damage in transit. If a parcel is lost on its way back to us, you’ll need to claim compensation directly from your chosen courier.
Bundles & Free Gifts
- Bundle deals: The full bundle must be returned for a refund — partial bundle returns are not accepted and will be sent back to you.
- Free gifts: Promotional gifts must be returned if the associated order is refunded. If not returned, the current website price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
If a return is received after 28 days without prior approval, the parcel will be returned to you at your cost.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain products such as underwear and face coverings cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about a specific item, contact us before returning.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
During busy periods (e.g. Black Friday or Christmas), processing can take up to 15 working days.
If your return is approved, you’ll automatically receive your refund via your original payment method.
Please note it can take several days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund process. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days after approval, email hello@beatboyz.club with your order number and proof of postage.
Postage costs are non-refundable.
