HERE'S OUR REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at this stage however we do recommend you send your item to us by recorded or tracked post insured up to the value of your purchase to cover for any loss or damage.
If any bundle deal is purchased the full bundle must be returned for a refund. We cannot refund on only part of the deal being returned and the goods will be returned back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear and face coverings due to health and safety reasons. This will always be displayed on the individual product page. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have not received a refund within 14 days please email us at email@example.com with your order number and proof of postage
