HERE'S OUR REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You have up to 14 days to receive a refund. After 14 days up to 28 days you are entitled to receive store credit to the value of the return by means of a E Gift card. A Gift card will be emailed to you upon the return being processed. Shipping costs are not refunded only the cost of the goods.
Goods on sale at 50% off and over are eligible for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at this stage however we do recommend you send your item to us by recorded or tracked post insured up to the value of your purchase to cover for any loss or damage. If parcels are lost in transit back to us you will have to claim through your courier as we are unable to do this ourselves.
If any bundle deal is purchased the full bundle must be returned for a refund. We cannot refund on only part of the deal being returned and the goods will be returned back to you.
If a return is received after the 28 days the parcel will be returned to yourselves at your cost unless previously approved by us.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear and face coverings due to health and safety reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return this can take up to 5 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have not received a refund within 14 days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and proof of postage. We do not refund any postage costs.
